Her portfolio includes listed companies, public, private and non-profit making companies incorporated in Hong Kong and in various offshore jurisdictions.started working in some big audit firms before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers China and Hong Kong firm staying there for 13 years responsible for all types of company secretarial work including but not limited to corporate restructuring, merger and acquisitions, business transfer. Her portfolio includes listed companies, public, private and non-profit making companies incorporated in Hong Kong and in various offshore jurisdictions.

She has also worked in various law firms both local and international and has gained extensive exposure to provision of secretarial services to companies listed in Hong Kong.

She has been responsible for staff and client training. She was also part-time lecturer of various educational institutions on company secretarial practice and management subjects for more than 10 years.

Belinda is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries as well as the Hong Kong Securities Institute. She is a holder of a Master Degree in Business Administration (University of Strathclyde, UK) and a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences (Chinese University of Hong Kong).
