A Corporate Commercial lawyer who specialises in intellectual property rights litigation and consultation. I graduated from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai in 2011 and started her career as a part of the Corporate Commercial Litigation team at Khaitan & Co. Subsequently, she moved to Anand and Anand, a well established Intellectual Property Boutique law firms in India to join their Intellectual Property litigation team under the guidance of Mr. Pravin Anand. In 2015, Ms.Sanyal joined Altacit Global as Associate Partner for the Cochin office. She set up and runs Altacit Global’s Cochin practice. The Cochin office has established an undeniable presence for itself in Kerala and is handling the corporate commercial and Intellectual property portfolios of some of the most wellknown and established business houses in Kerala. The Cochin office also enjoys a working relationship with the R&D departments of a number of industries operated by the Kerala Government such as the Kerala Rubber Board. The Cochin office also works closely with start-ups and works closely with them to help them identify, register and maintain robust IP portfolios as well as providing advisory for mergers and acquisitions, investment and other such corporate commercial transactional matters.
